BREAKFAST

Beginning your day with a balanced breakfast is a great way to get your mind and body ready for the day.  Enjoy your meal in the dining room, by the pool, on the balcony for a beautiful island view, or take it to go and dine in the privacy and comfort of your own luxury suite.

BREAKFAST MENU: Continental breakfast including boiled eggs, turkey and pork bacon, sausage, assorted toast & fresh fruit.

Mimosas will be served at breakfast each day!

BEGINNERS’ YOGA WORKSHOP

 

This workshop is the perfect introduction to understanding the key components of yoga, both the physical asanas (postures), as well the essence of yoga philosophy. You will be briefed in yoga etiquette and you will have the chance to run through key asanas with step-by-step alignment cues and modifications. By the end of this workshop you will feel confident, capable, and empowered to enter a yoga class!

GENTLE SLOW FLOW YOGA

 

This is a slower paced flow that focuses on alignment, body-mind connection, as well as strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is designed for beginners and offers modifications so you can take the class at your own pace.

SOUND CONCERT

This type of healing uses sound waves and vibration to balance the body and reduce stress, which in turn allows our organs to function better, sharpens our focus, boosts the immune system & frees up energy in our bodies for healing.

This particular sound concert will will incorporate the use of crystal singing bowls as well as percussion to help us as a group collectively release any unfounded limitations we have consciously or unconsciously imposed on ourselves.  Removing these self-limiting thoughts, ideas and actions is an important step in the journey to wellness.

LUNCH

A healthy, balanced lunch is an important part of any wellness routine.  So whether you are enjoying a few hours by the pool, or ready to focus on nothing but food, we have you covered.  Our chef will be preparing a delicious lunch for all to enjoy, no matter how busy. 

You can pick up your lunch on a plate and eat in the dining room while enjoying a little conversation, or you can get your lunch boxed to go roam the island, sit by the pool, or retreat to your room for a little alone time while you replenish.

LUNCH MENU: Moist, delicious chicken salad with fresh veggies on a wrap, served with fresh cherry tomato salad. 

Beer & Wine will be served with lunch in addition to non-alcoholic options.

A WORLD OF POSSIBILITIES WORKSHOP

In a world filled with so many choices it can sometimes be difficult to find those things that truly bring us joy and wellness.  This class will introduce the many different wellness options we have to offer on this retreat and help guide you in the direction of those things that will truly speak to you.  Sometimes just a little awareness and understanding can unlock the door to things we never even knew we were missing… so come hear about it all and give some new things a try!  After all, that’s what this is all about!

PRACTICAL NUTRITION WORKSHOP

 

Are you confused by all different diets and nutrition messages? It seems like every time we turn around there is a new diet or supplement promising quick weight loss and optimal health.  Let’s simplify Nutrition. Eating healthy does not need to be difficult or time consuming.   Nancy Matheny, BS Nutrition and Licensed Nutritionist, will share her 10 tips for eating healthy without feeling deprived. Learn how to eat for a lifetime that includes vacations, eating at restaurants and parties.  Let’s get real about nutrition!

SUNSET FLOW YOGA

Enjoy the magic of the beautiful Island sunset as we move with intention from posture to posture. Let’s breathe, move, unwind and connect with the setting sun.

DINNER

Enjoy a mixture of Island fare and comfort food without the guilt of counting calories.  Our chef and event team have put together a menu you can feel good about eating and that will keep you going back for more!  Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean it’s not delicious!  

DINNER MENU:  Our meal begins with Mango Ceviche for an appetizer, followed by our Chef’s masterpiece, Seafood Royale (local catch of the day, baby octopus & shrimp), served with funchi (Aruba’s version of polenta), Island slaw and Creole sauce.

Beer, Wine & limited cocktails will be served with lunch in addition to non-alcoholic options.

GUIDED MOONLIT MEDITATION

 

This meditation will guide you on a journey inwards, encouraging you to surrender the thinking brain so that you are better able to listen inwards. We will begin by stilling the body and mind so that the heart has a chance to be heard. From this point of presence a guided visualization will invite you to connect to your highest self as you uncover your ‘why’, the reason why you are here. Bringing clarity to this will help you set a personalized intention that will ground you throughout the transformational days to come.
