This Mindful Vinyasa Flow links yoga to breath with a combination of both strength and flexibility poses giving a flowy, rhythmic feel to the practice. This class is designed for all levels but does incorporate more challenging postures, modifications are always offered so that you can take the class at your own pace.

7:30 – 9:30am

Main Dining Room



Beginning your day with a balanced breakfast is a great way to get your mind and body ready for the day.  Enjoy your meal in the dining room, by the pool, on the balcony for a beautiful island view, or take it to go and dine in the privacy and comfort of your own luxury suite.

BREAKFAST MENU: Your choice of a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel or avocado toast, served with a delicious yogurt bowl on the side.

Mimosas will be served with breakfast along with non-alcoholic options. 


9:30 – 10:30am

Let’s start our day with some sun salutations and a grateful heart for the day ahead. This is a vinyasa style class yoking breath and movement with a focus on alignment. Class will begin with setting our intention for our practice and the day ahead and will end with a relaxing Savasana to allow it all to soak in.

Pilates is a low-impact, full body workout that tones the body, while releasing physical, as well as mental tension. Emphasis is placed on postural alignment, core activation, and body – mind connection to create effective and sustainable change. 

Each class will incorporate breathing practices, cardio bursts, and targeted muscle toning with modifications to suit all levels.

12:30 – 2:00pm

A healthy, balanced lunch is an important part of any wellness routine.  So whether you are enjoying a few hours by the pool, or ready to focus on nothing but food, we have you covered.  Our chef will be preparing a delicious lunch for all to enjoy, no matter how busy. 

You can pick up your lunch on a plate and eat in the dining room while enjoying a little conversation, or you can get your lunch boxed to go roam the island, sit by the pool, or retreat to your room for a little alone time while you replenish.


LUNCH MENU: Mixed, grilled skewers with pesto sauce, served with garlic quinoa and a light and fresh corn salad. 

Beer & Wine is available with lunch in addition to non-alcoholic options.


2:30 – 3:30pm






In this workshop you will quickly discover that meditation is like going to the gym for your brain — imagine what thoughts, ideas, and insights could be formed with a healthy, fit mind! We will discuss what meditation is vs what meditation isn’t, how to incorporate daily meditation, and what key concepts to remember while meditating. Different types of meditations will be practiced so that you can uncover what meditation style resonates most with you.

4:00 – 5:00pm

This class encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels this practice will move at a slow pace, focus on long holds, and deep breathing. The long holds allow the body to rest, heal and restore balance.

Enjoy a mixture of Island fare and comfort food without the guilt of counting calories.  Our chef and event team have put together a menu you can feel good about eating and that will keep you going back for more!  Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean it’s not delicious!  

DINNER MENU:  A delicious Coconut Curry Clam pasta with all it’s Island flavor serves as the main course for this meal, followed by a scrumptious Wild Crumb Cake to top it off.

Beer, Wine & limited cocktails will be served with lunch in addition to non-alcoholic options.

This meditation will begin similarly to the Starlight Meditation by stilling the body and mind to access the wisdom of the heart. Through guided imagery this meditation will allow you to acknowledge the shadow and light within yourself, and within all human beings through a lens of non judgement, compassion, forgiveness, and love. The intention is to provide you with a different perspective on how you view the shadow within yourself, and others and how to best approach this shadow through feeling and being present.
