BREAKFAST

Beginning your day with a balanced breakfast is a great way to get your mind and body ready for the day.  Enjoy your meal in the dining room, by the pool, on the balcony for a beautiful island view, or take it to go and dine in the privacy and comfort of your own luxury suite.

BREAKFAST MENU: Enjoy a fresh, hot omelette station, dutch potatoes and a variety of toast options at this Dutch style breakfast.

Mimosas will be served at breakfast each day!

GENTLE SLOW FLOW YOGA 

This is a slower paced flow that focuses on alignment, body — mind connection, as well as strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is designed for beginners and offers modifications so you can take the class at your own pace.

ENERGY & VIBRATION WORKSHOP

Learn the basics of energy and vibration, from the many uses of essential oils to the magic of crystals, to setting intentions and manifestation!  See first hand how powerful your thoughts alone can be and learn ways to protect yourself from the stresses of the world.  A little knowledge can go a long way.

LUNCH

A healthy, balanced lunch is an important part of any wellness routine.  So whether you are enjoying a few hours by the pool, or ready to focus on nothing but food, we have you covered. 

Our chef will be preparing a delicious lunch for all to enjoy, no matter how busy.  You can pick up your lunch on a plate and eat in the dining room while enjoying a little conversation, or you can get your lunch boxed to go roam the island, sit by the pool, or retreat to your room for a little alone time while you replenish.

 

Lunch MENU: Grilled fish tacos, topped with yummy, refreshing slaw and served with tortillas on the side.  

Beer & Wine will be served with lunch along with non-alcoholic options.

LIVING YOUR TRUTH WORKSHOP

In this workshop we will take your Energy knowledge to the next level.  We will teach you how to be true to yourself, your thoughts and feelings, without causing conflict.  How to release the stress of life and those around you without guilt or regret, and how to keep yourself balanced in the chaotic world we live in.  Let us give you some tips to stay sane amidst it all…

FITNESS CAN BE FUN!

Do you ever wonder what kind of exercises you can do on vacation or at home that are fun and get results? Nancy will lead you through an energizing warm up to prepare you for a full body workout using bands, tubes or your own body weight.  No need for heavy weights. 

This class will help build muscle endurance, maintain bone mass, boost your metabolism, work your core and put a smile on your face.  Nancy has been leading exercise classes for over 25 years for all ages and fitness levels.  She will meet you where you are and help you develop lifelong fitness goals for a better quality of life.

SUNSET YOGA

Enjoy the magic of the beautiful Island sunset as we move with intention from posture to posture. Let’s breathe, move, unwind and connect with the setting sun.

DINNER

Enjoy a mixture of Island fare and comfort food without the guilt of counting calories.  Our chef and event team have put together a menu you can feel good about eating and that will keep you going back for more!  Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean it’s not delicious!  

DINNER MENU:  The most delicious pumpkin soup you have ever tasted, topped with bacon and parmesan cheese begins this glorious meal. Top that off with a plate full of Loaded Island Paella, stuffed with local ingredients fresh from land and sea. 

Beer, Wine & limited cocktails will be served with lunch in addition to non-alcoholic options.

SHAMANIC JOURNEY

The shamanic journey is the art of using rhythm and intention to enter a different state of consciousness in order to connect with the spiritual dimension of reality.  You are fully conscious and aware as you enter into a lucid dreamlike state of being.  Here you can explore your hidden gifts, meet spirit and other Guides or simply explore your unconscious mind in a safe and protected setting.  We highly recommend experiencing this journey at least once!
