7:30 – 9:30am

Main Dining Room



Beginning your day with a balanced breakfast is a great way to get your mind and body ready for the day.  Enjoy your meal in the dining room, by the pool, on the balcony for a beautiful island view, or take it to go and dine in the privacy and comfort of your own luxury suite.

BREAKFAST MENU: Breakfast options include a waffle station, cereal station, or scrambled eggs with toast.

Mimosas will be served with breakfast in addition to non-alcoholic options. 


9:30 – 10:30am

The Beach 





Let’s start our day with some sun salutations and a grateful heart for the day ahead. This is a vinyasa style class yoking breath and movement with a focus on alignment. Class will begin with setting our intention for our practice and the day ahead and will end with a relaxing Savasana to allow it all to soak in.

11:00 – 12:00pm

The Beach





Pilates is a low-impact, full body workout that tones the body, while releasing physical, as well as mental tension. Emphasis is placed on postural alignment, core activation, and body – mind connection to create effective and sustainable change. 

Each class will incorporate breathing practices, cardio bursts, and targeted muscle toning with modifications to suit all levels.

12:30 – 2:00pm

Main Dining Room



A healthy, balanced lunch is an important part of any wellness routine.  So whether you are enjoying a few hours by the pool, or ready to focus on nothing but food, we have you covered. 

Our chef will be preparing a delicious lunch for all to enjoy, no matter how busy.  You can pick up your lunch on a plate and eat in the dining room while enjoying a little conversation, or you can get your lunch boxed to go roam the island, sit by the pool, or retreat to your room for a little alone time while you replenish.

LUNCH MENU: Lunch this afternoon will be a tender, chicken Thai wrap with a fresh, tasty watermelon salad accompanying it. 

Beer & Wine will be served with lunch in addition to non-alcoholic options.


2:30 – 3:30pm

You’ve learned so much and are probably feeling great… but HOW do you apply all of this once you are back home, dropped back into a world of imbalance and chaos?  Clare to the rescue.  She will go over many of the techniques and behaviors you have become accustomed to over the past week, and show you how to apply them to the real world.  How to deal with the things we don’t agree with, not entrain to the chaos, and LIVE PEACEFULLY.  Join us for this important discussion and get ready to change your life.

4:00 – 5:00pm

The Beach






This gentle restorative class encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, this practice will move at a slow pace while focusing on long holds, and deep breathing. The long holds allow the body to rest, heal and restore balance.

Relax and enjoy the gentle vibrations of the instruments as we align and balance us all as a group and as individuals.  Sound healing can be such a potent means of change while being pleasant and soothing.  Allow your brain waves to align, mood to balance and stress to melt away with each beat of the drum and strike of the bowls.

To honor and celebrate our time together, we have planned a special, 4 course dinner for us all to enjoy on our last evening on the Island.  We would love for all to join us for a special toast and some fine dining, 

Following dinner we invite all to mix and mingle, and enjoy the connections we have all created on our last evening here together.
