Each day you will enjoy Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, freshly made for you by our on site Chef, Daniel Hernandez, and served in our luxurious open dining area.

We have a selection of beverages available with each meal, including, assorted teas, coffee, water, iced-tea, and more.  Along with Dinner each night, enjoy the added services of an open bar with our very own bartender, Juan Carlos Concepcion, as he serves up a selection of wine and artfully crafted cocktails for your enjoyment.

If you’d like to enjoy a snack between meals, we also offer a selection of snacks in our kitchen for you to indulge in.

DAY 1


WELCOME SNACKS
  • Mini Ceviche (fresh fish marinated in lime and peppers served chilled) 
  • Sweet Potato Chips topped with Salmon and Cream Cheese spread 
  • Mini Baked Potatoes and Tenderloin Skewers 
  • Mini Stuffed Sweet Peppers

 

DINNER – “The Welcome Barbecue”
  • Fresh, Grilled Chicken Breast & Burgers, served with Potato Salad, Tossed Green Salad & Grilled Corn on the Cobb

DAY 2


BREAKFAST – “The Big Breakfast” 
  • Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Fresh Fruit and Toast 
LUNCH – “Wrap Me Up”
  • Chicken Salad Wrap with Avocado Spread, Red Cabbage, Sautéed Bell Pepper Mix with Pineapple, Served with Sweet Potato Fries & Black Beans 
DINNER
  • Appetizer: Fresh-made Pumpkin Soup 
  • Main Course: Stuffed Chicken with Mushroom Glaze, served with Roasted Cheesy Potatoes, Mixed Steamed Vegetables
  • Dessert: Mason Jar Surprise

DAY 3


BREAKFAST – “The Banana Boat” 
  • Banana Slices Stuffed with Fresh Berries & Chia Seeds, topped with Blue Agave, served with Fresh Baked Muffins
LUNCH – “The Aruban Lunch”
  • Fresh Wahoo Grilled & Served with Funchi (Aruban Polenta), Coleslaw and Fried Plantains
DINNER
  • Appetizer: Mixed Greens Salad 
  • Main Course: Spinach Alfredo Pot Pasta served with Garlic Bread, Parmesan Cheese and Bacon Crumbs 
  • Dessert: Chocolate Mousse topped with Shaved Chocolate and Stroopwafel

DAY 4


BREAKFAST – “The Dutchman” 
  • Pancakes served Dutch Style with Fresh Strawberries, Bananas, Nutella & Powdered Sugar
LUNCH – “The Fresh-Made Lasagne”
  • Classic Lasagna served with Parmesan Garlic Bread 
DINNER
  • Appetizer: Elote (Mexican Corn on the Cobb) 
  • Main Course: Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon cooked to taste, topped with a White Wine Mushroom Reduction and served with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus
  • Dessert: Vanilla Gelato served with Berry Rum Reduction Sauce

DAY 5


BREAKFAST – “The Aruban Breakfast” 
  • Pastechi (an Aruban fried Pastry), Fresh Fruit, Boiled Eggs & Sausage
LUNCH – “Let’s Get Grilling”
  • Grilled Chicken Skewers, served with Roasted Potatoes and Fresh Watermelon, Arugula & Balsamic Vinegar Salad, topped with Queso Fresco
DINNER
  • First Course: Sea Bass Bites 
  • Second Course: Potato & Leek Soup 
  • Main Course: Asian Chicken & Prawn served with Sweet Potato Mash and Buttered Corn on the Cob 
  • Dessert: Creme Brûlée topped with Caramel and Shaved Chocolate

BREAKFAST – “The Big Continental” 
  • Fresh, Delicious Pastries, Fresh Fruit, Boiled Eggs and Bacon
