By Booking with Us, You are Agreeing to the Following Terms & Conditions:

Reservation Procedure:
A Non-Refundable $500 Deposit (per occupant) is required to reserve accommodations on any Resort Package. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
A second payment of $500 (per occupant) will be due 90 days prior to your scheduled departure date (if you are reserving accommodations less than 90 days prior to departure, you will be required to pay the total of $1,000 to secure your reservation ($500 of which is Non-Refundable).
A third payment of $500 (per occupant) will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled departure date (if you are reserving accommodations less than 45 days prior to departure, you will be required to pay the total of $1,500 to secure your reservation ($500 of which is Non-Refundable).
Final payments will be due 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date (if you are reserving accommodations less than 14 days prior to departure, you will be required to pay the total cost of your Retreat Package to secure your reservation.
Payments more than 2 days late are subject to a 10% late fee. Payments not received within 7 days of due date without prior arrangements will be subject to cancellation of your entire Retreat Package. (see Cancellation Policy below)

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You are permitted to cancel your reservation at any time. Cancellations within 30 days of departure date will result in a forfeiture of any payments made toward your Retreat Package. Any reservation cancelled 31-60 days prior to departure date will result in a 50% refund of any funds contributed to your Retreat Package (less the non-refundable $500 Reservation Deposit). Any reservation cancelled 60+ days prior to departure date will result in a 100% refund of any funds contributed to your Retreat Package (less the non-refundable $500 Reservation Deposit). Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation, and will be credited back in the same form of payment used to book the reservation. ($500 Reservation Deposit is Non-Refundable)

Date Changes:
Although we always strive to keep to our scheduled Retreat dates, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We reserve the right to change the dates for a scheduled retreat at any time. In the event of a change in dates, the customer will be given the option to receive a full refund, less their $500 reservation deposit. The $500 deposit can then be applied to any upcoming Retreat Package.

Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary provided is used as a guide for all activities scheduled during your Retreat. Although we strive to stick to this itinerary, things can happen that are out of our control, and so we reserve the right to alter this itinerary at any time.

Photography Release:
As part of our marketing procedure, we will be taking occasional photographs of the events that take place during our retreats. If you do not wish to have your likeness appear on our websites, we ask that you please give us written notice prior to your scheduled departure date, so that we can accommodate this request.

Trip Insurance:
We do not provide insurance for your Retreat Package. If you would like to insure your trip, you are required to purchase your own insurance prior to departure. We are in no way liable for lost funds or charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, such as lost luggage, missed flights, damage to the property, injury/illness, weather related inconveniences, etc.

Injury/Illness Waiver of Liability:
By purchasing any Retreat Package, you, the client, agrees to the following terms:
“I do hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties (Light House Mind Body Spirit Sanctuary, LLC & Villa Royale) and their successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands which I or my heirs, assigns, next of kin or legal representatives may have or which may hereinafter accrue with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property damage which arise or may hereafter arise from or is in any way related to my Activities with any of the Released Parties, whether caused wholly or in part by the simple negligence, fault or other misconduct, other than intentional or grossly negligent conduct, of any of the Released Parties or of other volunteers.
I understand and acknowledge that by this Release I knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activities. I also understand that the Released Parties do not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health or disability insurance in the event of injury, illness, death or property damage.”
